Partners in Mission Foodbank

Monetary and food donations help us to nourish local families by providing groceries through our food hamper program. Being the food distribution centre for this area, we also donate surplus provisions to sixteen local hot meal and shelter programs in the Kingston area.

Partners in Mission Food Bank provides non-perishable food items and fresh foods including milk, eggs, fruits and vegetables.

We are seeking individuals to help pack grocery hampers weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons between 1:30pm and 4pm

  • Volunteer shifts are a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours
  • Must be able to commit to the day(s) you choose
  • Must be able to lift and stand for long periods of time


Must follow all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to protect themselves and those they help by:

Hunger Action Month is a nationwide campaign that takes place during
the month of September. Its purpose is to raise awareness of hunger in our
community, province and country.

Partners in Mission Food Bank will be sharing statistics all month on social media about food insecurity.
