When the unexpected happens, people across Ontario are turning to food banks for help. From rising costs to a personal tragedy or sudden job loss, one change in circumstances can leave a person having to choose between paying the rent and utilities or buying groceries.
This year, we are experiencing a 20.4% increase for our hamper program.
